Klamath River Hwy 96 Yard Sale Saturday
This happened 2nd Saturday in June but we thought April first would be a good day to do it this year....what do you think??. Garage & yard sales occur throughout Happy Camp and all along the Klamath River from I-5 To Happy Camp and beyond! Lots of artists, crafters, farmers,and food booths will be concentrated around the Bigfoot stature in Happy Camp on Saturday for supporting the Happy Camp Branch Library,

Seiad Days August 2017 

Dear Madm Day - October 14, 2017
150th annual celebration for life and writing of the local writer Stella Walthall Patterson who's book "Dear Mad'm" was a huge success during the 1950's. The book is all about Stella's adventures living on her mining claim along the Klamath River a few miles downriver from Happy Camp, CA.

The Bigfoot Jamboree - 9/1 to 9/3, 2017
The Bigfoot Jamboree is held annually on Labor Day weekend at River Park. Join in for three days of entertainment, fun, and festivities including music, contests, and a parade. This event is put on by the Happy Camp Coordinating Committee.

Top Photo: The Karuk Tribe's float in the annual Bigfoot Jamboree Parade. The float shows a traditional bush dance which is wonderful to watch. The Karuk Tribe's administrative offices are here in Happy Camp, as this is part of their ancestral territory.

Bottom Photo: Every year this Bigfoot shows up during the Bigfoot Jamboree Parade. When he's not out terrifying the crowd, he's riding down the road in his little trailer-cage.
